8. Shipping & Delivery (EU)

Risk of loss passes to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU & Netherlands)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without having to give a reason.
How the withdrawal works:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original sealed packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned, where legally permitted.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us by email before the 14-day period expires. We will guide you through the return process.
Once we have received the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order.

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us without undue delay. Your statutory rights under EU consumer law remain unaffected.
