Our Commitment to Quality and Transparency
At CHILLIUM, quality and consistency are central to everything we do. To ensure this, we carefully select experienced manufacturers and work exclusively with suppliers that meet our internal quality requirements.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
We currently provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by the manufacturer. This document outlines key analytical results such as identity and purity, based on the manufacturer’s validated testing procedures.
At this stage, we do not yet publish independent third‑party laboratory analyses. Instead, we rely on:
- Long‑term collaboration with trusted manufacturers
- Documented testing performed at the production level
- Our own internal verification and handling standards
Internal Quality Verification
In addition to reviewing the manufacturer’s COA, we apply internal quality checks upon receipt of each batch. These checks are designed to confirm consistency with previously supplied material and ensure that products meet our expected specifications before being made available.
While these internal checks are not a substitute for accredited third‑party laboratory testing, they form an additional layer of quality control within our supply chain.
Transparency & Future Improvements
We believe in being open about our current processes. Using manufacturer-issued COAs allows us to:
- Maintain competitive pricing
- Ensure consistent availability
- Build long‑term supplier relationships
As CHILLIUM continues to grow, we aim to expand our quality program, including the introduction of independent third‑party testing, where appropriate and feasible.
