Agreement: The purchase agreement between buyer and seller.
Reflection period / Right of withdrawal: Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. Returns are not possible.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements made between the seller and buyer.
The seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend or supplement these terms. Any changes will not be to the buyer’s disadvantage.
3. The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the buyer accepts the offer and agrees to these terms and conditions.
If the offer is accepted electronically (e.g. via website checkout), the agreement is finalized once the buyer has confirmed agreement and authorized full payment via any offered method.
4. Reflection Period (Right of Withdrawal)
The purchase cannot be cancelled or returned due to the nature of the product.
5. Pricing
All prices include VAT.
Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process.
6. Payment & Delivery
Full payment, including shipping, must be made after checkout.
Payments can be made via Bank transfer, or other provided methods that might be offered.
The agreement is confirmed electronically when the buyer fills in the required fields and agrees to the terms.
A confirmation email will be sent after purchase.
We aim to deliver within 7 days. In case of delays, the buyer will be notified and may cancel the order for a full refund.
For international orders, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Shipping costs will be shown during checkout.
7. Complaints
Complaints must be reported to the seller as soon as defects are noticed.
Complaints must be clearly described for proper assessment.
Complaints will be answered within 14 days. If more time is needed, the buyer will be informed of the expected response time.
8. Applicable Law
Applicable law applies to these terms and all agreements between buyer and seller.
9. Final Provisions
If any part of these terms is declared invalid or void, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.
